demersal.net is a node on a network of freelance internet professionals. The structure of the organisation is completely transparent, and from the client's perspective the network is indistinguishable from a conventionally-structured internet agency. However, the client will notice a marked difference in the both the cost and the quality of service. The network structure is highly efficient which greatly reduces overheads and enhances flexibility and, most importantly, there are no juniors – highly experienced experts in their fields carry out all work from project management to technical support. demersal.net can draw on an enormous wealth of experience - indeed we may have worked for you already (we do lots of subcontracting).

The demersal.net node of the network focuses primarily on development-based projects. We have a number of content-management products of our own for sites with different levels of complexity, we have lots of experience with off-the-shelf e-commerce products, bulletin boards etc, and of course we can customise any off-shelf product or, if you want something unusual, write you a system from scratch. We can draw on our network for top-quality design and animations, for standards compliant XHTML/CSS, for hosting, for printed materials to accompany your internet presence, and for very large systems we have experience managing offshore development projects - if it can be done on the internet, we've probably done something like it before ... in fact, whoever you hire for your project, you may well end up with one of us on board as subcontractors.
