Data/document sharing and tracking

Our product WebDB is designed to track and share documents and data online. It can be used to access, store and manipulate data, allowing any number of widely distributed users to do so simultaneously (and allowing monitoring of use). Added documents/data can be made instantaneously available on the main site, or can be subject to the approval of an editor.

Clients who need to share documents quickly will find that a browser-based document-sharing system is far less unwieldy and less error-prone than using mailing lists. Clients who need to maintain a central data store can do away with the need for messy and time-consuming merging of data sets by allowing the users of the data to access and manipulate the data store directly (but safely) through their own browsers.

  • print media, with a requirement to publish, edit and share documents quickly and efficiently, with access from anywhere in the world
