Content management

A content management system (CMS) integrated with a website allows the client(s) to instantly update and maintain critical areas of their site via a user-friendly web interface. In this way the client can update their site in-house, enabling them to ensure the site is up-to-date while greatly reducing the cost.

We have four different CMS products:

  • veryEasyNews: our most basic CMS, provides a dynamic News section for a website
  • veryEasyCMS: a more comprehensive CMS, allowing any number of categories of content, supporting multiple simultaneous users in different locations with sophisticated access/workflow rules.
  • veryEasySite: a user-friendly CMS allowing an entire site to be content-managed.
  • WebDB: our most complex CMS, most suitable for data/document sharing online

We also build custom content management systems, which can be based on on one of our products or on an off-the-shelf product from another provider, or written from the ground up depending on your needs.
